Who we are
This website is operated by 5ifth Dimension Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), The Showroom, Marina Lane, Port Erin, Isle of Man IM9 6LB. The law that applies
We process personal data in line with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR and LED Implementing Regulations 2018 (the “applied GDPR”), and, where relevant, the UK GDPR.
What data we collect and why
- Contact and consultation forms: when you use our “Send Us A Message” or “Book a Consultation” forms we collect your name, email address, telephone number and any message you choose to send. We use this to reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations. Our lawful basis is your request to us and our legitimate interest in responding (and, where you go on to buy from us, steps taken before entering into a contract).
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). This uses cookies and is only set with your consent where required.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the website secure and working.
How your enquiry is handled
Form submissions are stored securely in our website database (using the Ninja Forms plugin) and a copy is emailed to us using Postmark, a transactional email service. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (which typically last up to 2 years) to distinguish visitors. Essential cookies may also be set to make the site work. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. [Confirm whether a cookie consent banner will be used.]
Who we share data with

- Postmark (ActiveCampaign) for delivering form emails.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Isle of Man, UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Enquiry and consultation submissions are kept for up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and our legal and accounting obligations (normally 6 years). Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability.
